When you are having an inspection performed, we strongly encourage you to attend. Many questions may occur during the inspection that can be answered immediately and be easier to understand.

Plan to spend approximately 2-3 hours at your home inspection. This allows time for an in-depth inspection as well as question and answer period.

A portion of the inspection will be performed on the exterior. Please dress accordingly for outside conditions.

A signed pre inspection agreement and payment are required prior to your inspections reports being issued. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are acceptable methods of payment.

Your inspection report and photos, if taken, are sent to you and your agent by email or mail the next business day. Spanish reports are in book form only.

The home inspection is a visual inspection of major structural, mechanical, and electrical components. There is no warranty or guarantee with the home inspection. Check with your real estate agency regarding the purchase of a home warranty.

How much does a home inspection cost?
Many variables go into the cost of the inspection. Please contact our office for a quote on the prices of the home you wish to have inspected.
Did my home pass inspection?
Your home will not pass or fail a home inspection. We are not performing a code inspection. We perform a visual, non-invasive inspection of major components of your home. If a deficiency is identified, recommendation is made for a professional to further evaluate and give estimates for repairs so you can make a knowledgeable decision.
My uncle is a contractor, can he do my inspection?
Encourage him to attend, the more eyes the better. Home inspections are what we do everyday. Continuing education requirements are exceeded, keeping inspectors educated with the latest technologies.
